Came in for oil change for my 2024 Blazer. The panel above my steering wheel that I can access with a scroll on the wheel is so helpful. It shows me quickly a snapshot of important data on my car. Oil change was updated but air filter was not. Called and was told they ‘forgot’ to change screen and I could stop back to have it updated. I rely on the service department. Inconvenient to stop back.

Was told in December when I first went in to have the recalled toe links on the rear of my 2013 Malibu replaced that he'd need to order the parts and I'd be called, well 2 or 3 weeks pass and no phone call, nowadays shipping is pretty fast....so I messaged and emailed...no response...I kinda put it on the back burner and forgot about it...then I got a postcard about it here in late May....so I just went in and talked to the service counter worker "Craig" directly and we scheduled the repair to be done the next week....I came in on the agreed date and there was just a little confusion when I told them my name and a different car came up (my information and car information was already in the system, this was not Craig now that I was desling with)...other than that it went smooth. The car needed to be aligned after the parts were changed and as it is a recall only the rear wheel alignment would be covered, which I understand. They called me when it was on "the rack" and said the front was out of spec and it'd be an additional cost to correct it, I turned it down as I expect to replace the front struts in the near future and it would need to be aligned at that time, and they did not pressure me. Overall I had a fair to good experience.
