Great service!

I had a frustrating experience with this Chevy service department that wasted hours of my time over multiple visits. Communication was poor from start to finish. I was told my car would be ready the next day, but two days went by with no update. I called multiple times and left voicemails that were never returned. Eventually I had to physically walk in just to get a status update on my own vehicle. When they finally told me the parts were on backorder, I took my keys back and scheduled a new appointment a week out, at a time that worked for me. I showed up Monday morning as scheduled, waited 20 minutes just to check in, and was then told the technician wasn't even in that day, my car wouldn't be ready until the end of the next day at the earliest. When I asked why they scheduled me on a day the tech was on vacation, I was told they "didn't know he would be out." This kind of scheduling failure and lack of communication is unacceptable. If you value your time, I'd think twice before bringing your car here.

Great service dept

Service department misdiagnosed issue with vehicle. They were adement that I needed a new key fob costing over $600 with a 7-10 day wait for it to show up. There was nothing wrong with the fob, the car was in security mode, needing to re-pair to the fob. A locksmith fixed the issue in less than 30 seconds by using the fob to manually lock and unlock the door. Car started right up, zero issues since. I believe I should be refunded the $250 "diagnostic" fee since they were completely wrong regarding how to fix the issue.

Great service

Great service as always. But disappointed that you do not offer loaner cars especially since this service was a warranty repair because of a factory error. I didn't have a car Monday thru Thursday. You did provide rides to and from home.

We just went in for an oil change on appointment. We got checked in OK and waited in the lounge. 45 minutes later we got a video of the 10 point check -nice touch. After another hour having heard nothing we went up to the service desk which seemed overwhelmed. The car was sitting out front done but customer service was too busy on the phone to take care of us. It took 2 hours for a flippin' oil change! We have brought all 4 of our Corvettes here over the years because of the stellar reputation. All things change...we will be bringing our vehicles to a different dealer who will hopefully not treat us as an afterthought.

He did a nice job. Happy with how he captured what I was experiencing with my car.
