    I had scheduled an appointment online, but when I walked in, it had not shown up in their computer system yet. BUT I was helped right away!, and I did not have to wait that long at all. What made this experience more above and beyond for me than the others was that I had to bring my dog with me this time, and everyone was so kind about it.
